The successful candidate, guided by the Planning & Analysis Manager will be able to demonstrate previous experience in the following areas:
Minimum 3 years of solid local experience in a management accounting or analytical role and assisting closing month end (Journals, accruals and prepayments)
Providing insightful reporting and analysis to influence strategic business decisions
Support in preparation of monthly management reports and rolling budgets
Reporting on KPIs, as per business needs and provide analysis of changes to the rolling budget on a monthly basis
Preparing monthly P/L analysis and commentary
Preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations
Assisting to manage forecasting & business intelligence tools. Including training GMs and other business unit owners on their use and value to the business
Supporting yearly budget & planning processes
Building excel models to evaluate cost & revenue drivers, investigate variances, and scenarios using advanced excel tools
Skills & Knowledge:
CPA / CA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3 Years in a similar role
Advanced Excel Skills
Accuracy in reporting
